Your Responsibilities

✅ Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to enhance our company's online presence

✅ Manage and optimize our website content and ensure SEO best practices for better visibility

✅ Handle social media management (LinkedIn, Xing, etc.) to strengthen our IT brand and employer branding

✅ Create and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for internal promotions

✅ Improve our corporate branding and online reputation in the IT sector

✅ Assist in the creation of marketing materials, blog posts, and newsletters

✅ Monitor and analyze website traffic, engagement, and marketing performance to provide actionable insights

Your Profile

🔹 Experience in digital marketing with a focus on corporate/internal marketing

🔹 Strong knowledge of SEO, social media management, and paid ads (Google, LinkedIn)

🔹 Experience in content creation and branding, preferably in the IT sector

🔹 Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools

🔹 Ability to collaborate with IT and technical teams for website improvements

🔹 Creativity and a self-driven work approach
