Digital Marketing Specialist

 

Description:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. An ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads to acquire properties across London / UK. The role is to increase brand visibility, engage landlords and property agents.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and generating leads to acquire properties across London / UK.
  • Manage and optimise website content and SEO to enhance traffic and conversions
  • Align digital efforts across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and property portals to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Plan and run digital campaigns for property investments, events, and webinars
  • Align marketing strategies with sales and investment goals and ROI
  • Develop engaging content (blogs, emails, videos) tailored to the target audience (landlords and agents)
  • Use A/B testing, segmentation, and personalisation to drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to create impactful content and deliver compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Evaluate emerging technologies.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of PPC, Google Ads, META ads along with budgeting.
  • Expertise in Responsive Search Ads (RSAs)
  • Familiar with modern Google Ad Structure
  • Email marketing expertise
  • Strong approach to getting organic traffic
  • Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Expertise in digital marketing, paid advertising, and high-velocity sales environments with large lead volumes.
