We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation to acquire properties across London and the UK, increase brand visibility, and engage landlords and property agents.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
📌 Manage and optimize website content and SEO to improve organic traffic and conversions.
📌 Oversee and align Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and property portal campaigns for lead generation.
📌 Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for property investments, events, and webinars.
📌 Create and manage engaging content (blogs, emails, videos) tailored to landlords and agents.
📌 Utilize A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization to enhance engagement.
📌 Measure and analyze campaign performance, ensuring goals (ROI & KPIs) are met.
📌 Identify industry trends and insights to optimize marketing strategies.
📌 Plan, execute, and measure conversion tests for continuous improvement.
📌 Work with internal teams to create landing pages and enhance user experience.

Job Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
✔ Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation.
✔ Expertise in PPC, Google Ads, META ads, and budgeting.
✔ Strong knowledge of Responsive Search Ads (RSAs) and modern Google Ad Structures.
✔ Email marketing expertise and organic traffic strategies.
✔ Experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database management, email, and social media advertising.
✔ Ability to create engaging digital campaigns that inform and motivate.
✔ Strong analytical and data-driven approach to marketing.
✔ Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
✔ Experience in high-velocity sales environments with large lead volumes.
