Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-platform digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Ensure the university’s digital marketing efforts reach the right audience and meet key performance metrics.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor, track, and analyze performance data across all platforms to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Content & Creative Strategy:
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling visuals and copy tailored to each platform.
- Work closely with the communications team to align digital content with the university's goals and branding.
Audience Targeting & Engagement:
- Use advanced targeting strategies on all platforms to maximize reach and engagement with prospective students, faculty, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on trends and strategies to ensure the university’s campaigns stay ahead of the curve.
Budget Management:
- Manage advertising budgets across multiple platforms, ensuring optimal spend allocation for maximum ROI.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok campaigns.
- Strong understanding of campaign analytics, KPIs, and budget management.
- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt messaging for various digital platforms.
- Expertise in A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in the education or media sector is a plus.
