We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist who can elevate our digital marketing campaigns to new heights. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience running campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Google Search, Display, YouTube), with a focus on creating successful marketing strategies and optimizing performance. The role involves handling both e-commerce and real estate marketing needs, improving digital marketing strategies, and contributing significantly to the company’s growth.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies:

Plan, execute, and ensure the success of digital marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.

• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Google Search, Display, YouTube):

Run effective advertising campaigns on these platforms and optimize them for the best results.

• E-commerce and Real Estate Marketing Campaigns:

Develop marketing strategies specifically tailored to these fields, attracting new clients and boosting sales.

• Lead SEO and SEM initiatives:

Improve website ranking and increase online traffic through SEO/SEM techniques.

• Performance analysis and reporting:

Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and others to analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports.

• Budget management and ROI optimization:

Make the most of the advertising budget and optimize campaigns to achieve the best return on investment (ROI).

• Team guidance:

Train junior team members and help them improve their performance.

 

Required Skills:

 

• Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads:

Proven experience in running campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Full command of Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads.

• Experience in SEO/SEM:

In-depth knowledge of modern search engine optimization and search engine marketing practices.

• E-commerce and Real Estate Marketing:

Experience in running successful digital marketing campaigns in these sectors.

• Data Analysis:

Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager for data-driven decision-making.

• Communication and teamwork skills:

Strong ability to communicate effectively and lead a team.

 

Educational Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or a related field)

• Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications preferred
