We are looking for a Digital Marketing professional who can bring improvements in 4 key areas; SEO, social media marketing, content development and lead generation. The optimal candidate will have marketed products or services to corporate Human Resources (HR), corporate finance, and/or accounting. Critical here is a clear strategy formulation for Illumeo to reach these professionals and also help corporate professionals and organizations reach us.
Desirable candidate will have a successful track record of driving business growth to architect and execute a strategy to accelerate the company's growth. We are looking for someone who can define and set the strategy right.
Responsibilities:
- Define the customer acquisition strategy for SEO, affiliate, PPC, social, and display to maximize subscriber growth, ROI, and Customer Lifetime Value.
- GEt hands on with PPC campaigns development, execution and optimization along with SMM and Affiliate marketing management through Affiliate platforms.
- Increase organic traffic through SEO efforts.
- Own the acquisition strategy, planning, messaging, creative, execution, and optimization for all search, mobile, paid social and display campaigns
- Generate sales leads and work in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership to ensure generated leads quality improves.
- Define budget allocation and optimization across all acquisition channels
- Monitor, test, and improve performance across all acquisition channels, providing actionable recommendations to maximize KPIs
- Achieve acquisition forecast on a monthly basis
Requirements
- Proven SEO, content development and social media marketing skills.
- Experience setting up GA4 and Google ads console.
- Experience marketing to Human Resources (HR), corporate finance, and/or accounting.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to write new or optimize existing content.
- Creative and resourceful in approaches to ensure his/her message is resonating with contacts and prospects
- Familiarity or ability to quickly learn marketing systems, tools
- Interest in technology and is persistent to learn products and solutions
- Already built lead gen at other companies and have a playbook of how to apply here.
- Passion for acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts
- Data-driven and number fanatic.
