We are looking for a seasoned Digital Project Manager to lead and manage the team, ensuring that all tasks are efficiently executed to fulfill requirements for our US clients. The ideal candidate will oversee project workflows, coordinate tasks across teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital solutions. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to drive seamless collaboration between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.

 

💼 Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, assign, and oversee team tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage multiple digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, translating client requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Track project progress using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp).
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, content creators, and marketing teams for cohesive execution.
  • Optimize workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and team collaboration.
  • Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
  • Manage campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines efficiently.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices.

 

💡 What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven (3+ years) experience as a Digital Project Manager, Team Lead, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and automation.
  • Proficiency in project management tools for task tracking and workflow optimization.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or Project Manager.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
