We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Acquisition and Coordination Manager. As a key member of our remote workforce, you will play a pivotal role in securing projects, optimizing our online presence, and ensuring efficient coordination for successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
Project Acquisition:
- Identify and research potential project opportunities across various platforms and companies.
- Prepare and submit compelling project applications tailored to the requirements of each opportunity.
- Craft and customize resumes to highlight relevant skills and experience for specific projects.
Online Profile Management:
- Manage and update profiles on platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and others, ensuring accurate and compelling representation.
- Monitor incoming messages, respond to inquiries, and engage with potential clients or employers.
Email Communication:
- Monitor and manage email communications promptly, ensuring professional and effective correspondence with clients, collaborators, and stakeholders.
- Handle inquiries, provide information, and establish communication channels as needed.
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for acquired projects, aligning availability between clients and CEO.
- Ensure that interview schedules are organized seamlessly, minimizing conflicts and ensuring efficient communication.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to understand project requirements and strategic goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Document Management:
- Maintain accurate records of project applications, communications, and outcomes.
Update project-related documentation and reports for review and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree is a must.
- Proven experience in project acquisition, online profile management, and coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence.
- Proficiency in resume customization, interview scheduling, and email management.
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in using platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and email clients.
