Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with 4-5 years of experience, particularly within the software industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
· Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
· Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to improve online visibility and drive targeted traffic.
· Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engage with the online community.
· Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer engagement.
· Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.
· Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the software industry.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· 4-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the software industry.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
· Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with an ability to produce engaging and high-quality content.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
