Digital Code is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and innovation in the digital marketing space, particularly within the Web3.0.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with company goals and objectives.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI.
- Social Media Marketing:
- Manage and grow our presence across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, Discord and emerging Web3.0 platforms.
- Be voice of brand on social channels, conducting Twitter/X spaces and telegram AMA's.
- Develop engaging content tailored to each platform to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Advertising Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, X/Ads and other relevant digital advertising platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
- Community Engagement:
- Foster and manage relationships with our online community, ensuring a positive and interactive user experience.
- Implement community engagement strategies to increase customer loyalty and brand advocacy.
- Engage and close B2B collaborations.
- Content Marketing:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, including blogs, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all platforms.
- Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Utilize A/B testing and analytics to continuously improve email performance.
- SEO and SEM:
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Manage SEM campaigns to ensure high visibility and effective lead generation.
- Web Analytics:
- Use web analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics.
- Provide actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Web3.0 Integration:
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the Web3.0 space.
- Develop strategies to integrate Web3.0 innovations into our digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
- Strong understanding of Web3.0 technologies and their applications in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
