We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. They will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. we are not interested if you know how to run campaign we are interested if you know how to get result from a campaign.candidate should be result oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the website and generate sales.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (PPC, display, social media advertising) to ensure maximum ROI.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend new strategies to improve performance.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant certifications is a plus
- Minimum 3 year of experience
