Description:
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of search engine optimization activities to enhance our online visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve website rankings. Additionally, you will be tasked with team management and overseeing performance marketing initiatives to maximize results.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance overall online visibility.
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value keywords relevant to our industry, products/services, and target audience.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
- Off-Page Optimization: Execute effective off-page SEO techniques such as link building, guest blogging, and influencer outreach to build high-quality backlinks and enhance website authority.
- Technical SEO: Collaborate with the development team to ensure proper implementation of technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and structured data markup.
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies to create engaging, relevant, and optimized content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with SEO goals.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, keyword rankings, and organic traffic trends using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists to ensure the successful execution of SEO campaigns, projects, and initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, design, and development to align SEO efforts with overall business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Performance Marketing: Oversee performance marketing campaigns including PPC, display advertising, and social media advertising to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of improving website rankings and driving organic traffic.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in team management and leadership roles.
- Familiarity with performance marketing techniques and platforms is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
