Responsibilities:
- Lead the Digital Marketing activities.
- Contribute ideas during strategic and conceptual brainstorming sessions.
- Content writing for great captions and post tags.
- Good research on Hashtags related to posts
- Developing monthly content calendar platform-wise for brands.
- Handling and customization of pages like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Designed and executed social media strategy through competitive research.
- Collaborating with Designers to ensure that posts are engaging.
- Manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Respond to social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram to engage with social media users.
- Keep up to date with market trends.
- Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.
- Analyze social data/metrics, and insights regularly and utilize them for best practices.
- Maintaining the online presence of several projects of the company on Social Media.
- Organically increase traffic on the website and on social media handles through SMM tactics and strategies.
- Running paid ads on social media to increase traffic on the website and reach on social media platforms.
- Develop strategies, implement campaigns, and optimize the digital performance marketing channels of paid search, shopping campaigns, and digital growth channels, driving traffic, engagement, and retention.
- Manage budgets and leverage data across digital marketing channels and campaigns to achieve scale and efficiency.
- Manage and maintain day-to-day operations including execution, QA, and reporting of campaigns.
- Identify new and emerging marketing channels.
- Track KPls and develop reporting processes to assess performance and implement actions accordingly.
Requirements:
- BS in a relevant field, such as marketing, public relations, or media.
- Must have working experience of 2-3 years.
- Proven job experience as a digital media specialist.
- Must have knowledge of SEO.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Knowledge of online marketing and its channels.
