Description:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute and optimize digital marketing strategies across various online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and target audience.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant digital content, including blog posts, social media updates, emails, and other collateral.
- SEO and SEM: Manage search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive paid advertising campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule content for all social media platforms, monitor engagement, and grow our social media presence.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and insights to improve strategies.
- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage the digital marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor digital marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and make recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of driving results.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing & social media marketing best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
