Digital Marketing Head

 

Description:

As the Head of Digital Marketing for our newly launched Nutra Division, specializing in vitamins and supplements, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies across multiple countries. Your focus will be on enhancing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and boosting sales. While not directly responsible for creating content, you will guide graphic designers and collaborate with a Specialist who will optimize and manage paid ad campaigns. Additionally, you will oversee all social media handles for the brand. A strong understanding of AI tools and their application in digital marketing is essential.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support the launch and growth of vitamins and supplements across multiple countries.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of graphic designers and digital marketers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, oversee, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns, leveraging platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Meta Ads, and others to achieve marketing goals.
  • Content Oversight: Provide direction to graphic designers and content creators to produce materials aligned with brand messaging, ensuring consistency and high quality.
  • AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, drive personalization, and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work directly with a Specialist to optimize ad campaigns, manage paid advertising, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all brand social media handles, ensuring consistent engagement and growth across platforms.
  • Basic SEO Knowledge: Understand SEO principles to guide the team in enhancing organic search performance.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools to inform strategic decisions.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent.
  • Experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the vitamins, supplements, nutraceutical, or health and wellness industry.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, and data analytics.
  • Strong leadership skills with a history of successfully guiding creative teams.
  • Proficiency in AI applications for digital marketing and campaign development.
  • Basic understanding of advertising on platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the health and wellness sector is a plus.
