As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You will leverage your technical expertise and creative instincts to craft high-impact marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads.

• Perform thorough audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor evaluation to ensure targeted and efficient campaign execution.

• Analyze campaign data to assess performance and provide actionable insights that maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Develop engaging and visually compelling ad creatives in collaboration with the design team.

• A/B test various campaign components (ad copies, creatives, targeting) to continually improve performance.

• Monitor trends, changes in platform algorithms, and evolving digital marketing techniques to keep campaigns up-to-date.

• Coordinate with the internal team on strategic marketing plans to support product launches and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience managing successful paid ad campaigns on TikTok, Meta (FB/IG), and Google Ads.

• Strong understanding of digital KPIs and metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS.

• Proficient in using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads Manager.

• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and data-driven decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset for crafting compelling ad content.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Onsite)
Saturday: Work from Home
