Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
✅ Manage and optimize website content to improve SEO and enhance search visibility.
✅ Oversee and grow the company's presence on social platforms such as LinkedIn and Xing, strengthening employer branding and corporate reputation.
✅ Design and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for targeted outreach.
✅ Enhance corporate branding and online reputation within the IT sector.
✅ Assist in creating marketing materials, blog posts, and newsletters.
✅ Track and analyze website traffic, engagement, and campaign performance to derive actionable insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
🔹 Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in corporate/internal marketing roles.
🔹 Strong understanding of SEO best practices, social media management, and paid advertising.
🔹 Experience with content creation and branding, preferably within the IT industry.
