Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and optimize social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Yelp, Glassdoor, and Google Business Profile.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
- Content Marketing:
- Create and curate engaging content for social media, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns.
- Write compelling ad copies and captions that resonate with the target audience.
- Digital Campaigns:
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve marketing objectives.
- SEO & Website Management:
- Collaborate with the team to enhance website SEO and ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Update website content regularly to reflect ongoing promotions and campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track and report on campaign performance.
- Generate detailed reports on KPIs, website traffic, and social media engagement, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing digital content.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective execution of marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, and paid campaigns.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
- Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
