Description:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in executing marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to implement campaigns, manage tools, and ensure that our marketing initiatives are aligned with the company’s goals. Your ability to work with technology, understand marketing fundamentals, and manage multiple tasks will be essential to your success in this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage customer data, track campaign performance, and optimize customer relationships.
  • Email Marketing: Design, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns to engage existing customers and attract new leads.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Create and optimize customer journeys, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to post-purchase.
  • Content Coordination: Work with the content team to ensure timely creation and distribution of marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with various teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.

 

Job Specification:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using marketing tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and customer journey mapping tools.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content marketing, and brand management.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools and platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing messages.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
