Position Overview

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Services Associate (Intern) who thrives in fast-paced, customer-facing environments. You’ll support campaign execution, client coordination, and digital reporting — but more importantly, you’ll communicate, negotiate, and build trust with clients. This internship is a launchpad to a full-time role for individuals with the right energy, skill, and mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and optimizing digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
• Communicate directly with clients to coordinate campaign needs, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (content, design, performance)
• Help prepare weekly performance reports and interpret basic analytics
• Conduct keyword research, competitor scans, and targeting briefs
• Support SEO tasks and email campaign setups
• Participate in strategy sessions and present ideas confidently

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from a well-known university in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities; comfortable talking to clients and handling objections
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and basic marketing tools
• Strong grasp of Excel/Google Sheets
• High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
