Primary Responsibilities:
- Set up and track conversions across multiple platforms including, but not limited to, social media and websites.
- Analyze the performance of our presence on online directories such as Psychology Today, Good Therapy, etc.
- Expertise in using tools like Calendly and landing pages to track conversions.
- Collaborate with the content team to understand and enhance the performance of content and campaigns.
- Deeply understand and implement SEO principles to drive organic traffic.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure necessary connections for tracking are established.
- Interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and overall marketing performance.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in digital marketing analytics is essential.
- Familiarity with a variety of tracking and analytics tools.
- Understanding of SEO principles and their application.
- Ability to craft and post ads that convert.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including content creators and web developers.
- WordPress experience is a plus.
- Proactive, with an ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
