We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for strategy development and campaign execution. This person will play a key role in shaping and executing our influencer marketing strategies, social media ad campaigns, webinars, and overall marketing initiatives to maximize brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to engage target audiences and grow brand awareness.
- Plan and execute social media ad campaigns, including content creation, targeting, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful webinars, from strategy and promotion to execution and follow-up.
- Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and deliver data-driven insights for strategy improvement.
- Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring a consistent and impactful presence across all relevant social channels.

Qualification:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on influencer marketing, social media advertising, and webinar management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail in content creation and campaign planning.
