We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Brand Manager to elevate our brand's visibility and reach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organic digital marketing and brand management, with a strong understanding of SEO, content optimization, and social media engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage and mentor a team while driving our digital brand strategy forward.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic branding initiatives for our products, websites, and services.
- Utilize LinkedIn, Facebook, SEO, and Blogs to expand our digital footprint.
- Implement organic engagement techniques to drive brand awareness.
- Create professional documents such as company profiles, case studies, and B2B/B2C content focused on our products and services.
Focus Areas:
- Manage and allocate design, content, and graphics tasks to team members.
- Conduct design, content, and graphics quality assurance reviews.
- Provide design, content, and graphics feedback and guidance to team members.
- Ensure visibility on assigned projects and keep team members aligned.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Identify and address performance gaps and areas for improvement.
- Own the digital brand strategy, roadmap, budget, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in organic digital marketing or brand management.
- Proven track record of building brands organically through digital channels.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
- Excellent content interpretation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess campaign performance data.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video production.
- Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
