Chisty Law Chambers's team of experts is looking for an experienced data-driven digital analyst to work alongside our marketing and sales teams to monitor, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness and reach of our digital marketing campaigns. Our ideal candidate would be someone who thrives on optimizing and running campaigns, utilizing Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (or other analytics tools) to drive campaign success. If you're a creative powerhouse with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Role and responsibilities:
As our digital analyst, you must be a fantastic communicator, because this is a huge aspect of your job. You will spend a good part of the day collecting, monitoring, and analyzing campaign data.
Your next step after data collection would be data cleaning, ensuring that the dataset is free of erroneous or corrupt information, and making the data analysis ready. You will carry out this cleaning process either manually or by using automated tools. You will need to identify which data and metrics are relevant to the goals of the company and communicate this with the marketing and sales teams.
You will use data analytics techniques like descriptive analytics, diagnostic analytics, predictive analytics, etc., to analyze and interpret the data. You should be able to take your data analysis and translate it into people-friendly terms through data visualization. Use high-quality charts and graphs to present your findings clearly and concisely. You must be prepared to present your findings in front of a group, in a report, and via email.
You will also analyze our sales funnels. By working in tandem with our sales team, you will provide them with valuable insights and recommendations on sales volume, market trends, and even Competitor’s sales activities.
You will be involved in providing detailed reports on key performance indicators and the ROI of various marketing campaigns. Tracking of email campaign metrics like delivery rate, open rate, and click-through rate. Using predictive data analytics to forecast the sales trends of the company in the foreseeable future.
You will also monitor the competitor’s marketing activities and outcomes, as this is equally important. Examine the market trends of common products to help us come up with competitive market strategies.
In essence, you will be the driving force behind our online presence. Your expertise will shine as you help create professional and captivating ads across social media and business platforms, i.e., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google. Your deep understanding of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics will allow you to fine-tune our campaigns to meet and exceed our goals.
