We are on the lookout for a Digital Advertising Strategy Manager to lead our marketing efforts across a variety of digital platforms. This pivotal role encompasses the management and execution of multi-platform advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, YouTube, Twitter, Reddit, Facebook/Meta, and more. The ideal candidate will possess a robust track record in crafting and implementing effective advertising strategies, with a keen expertise in retargeting ads, cookies policies, and geo-location targeting.
The Digital Advertising Strategy Manager will play a critical role in optimizing our digital footprint through innovative campaign management, budget oversight, and performance analysis. A background in the crypto industry, while not essential, will be regarded as a significant asset.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and execution of integrated digital advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across Google Ads, banner ads, YouTube, Twitter, Reddit, Facebook/Meta, and other relevant platforms.
- Expertly manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns, ensuring compliance with cookies policies and effective geolocation-specific targeting.
- Conduct thorough analyses of campaign performances, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and ROI.
- Oversee and allocate advertising budgets efficiently across campaigns, maintaining cost-effectiveness and high performance.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and regulations in digital advertising to maintain competitive edge.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment of advertising strategies with broader marketing objectives.
- Generate and present comprehensive reports on campaign outcomes, offering insights and recommendations for future strategy enhancements.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a leadership role within digital advertising, managing multi-platform campaigns.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms (including Google Ads, YouTube, Twitter, Reddit, Facebook/Meta), targeting and retargeting strategies, and cookies policies.
- Demonstrated capability in managing significant advertising budgets and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for optimizing campaign performance.
- Excellent communication abilities and team collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, with a preference for candidates holding relevant professional certifications.
