Description:
The ideal candidate should have experience in deploying campaigns with sizable budgets ensuring client’s business objectives and goals are met. This includes optimizing the paid campaigns, online media budget and creating detailed reports with help of analytical tools.
Essential Responsibilities:
● Develop and manage digital advertising and optimization strategies and campaigns for clients from various industries.
● Daily monitoring and optimization of organic and paid campaigns, including Google & Meta platforms and various social media advertising channels.
● Manage and track campaign budgets in alignment with approved media plans.
● Create detailed periodic reports using various tools to measure organic and paid campaign performance, and optimize performance accordingly.
● Attend client meetings and provide insights and recommendations to improve results.
● Perform ongoing targeting and creative/ad analysis, research, expansion, and optimization for organic and paid media campaigns.
● Generate keywords, optimize targeting, execute A/B tests, analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in organic and paid campaigns.
● Ensure tracking is correctly set up for clients.
● Create performance estimates based on advertising budgets for clients and prospects.
● Work closely and collaborate with other creatives and operations team members to present the best performance improvement solution for the agency’s clients.
● Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
● Expertise in managing a high volume of paid advertising campaigns for clients on all digital platforms.
● Practical expertise in managing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Shopping, Facebook Shops, Tiktok Ads and other online platforms.
● Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, experience
● Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations
● Ability to work on projects requiring independent decision-making.
● Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
● Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
● Above average written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
● Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
● Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
● Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently if required
● Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
● Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
