Techozon is actively seeking a highly skilled DevOps Specialist to join its innovative team in Gulberg Green, Islamabad. This role is ideal for someone passionate about automation, CI/CD optimization, infrastructure management, and cloud technology.

As a DevOps Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing scalable and efficient DevOps pipelines, with a strong focus on CI/CD using GitHub Actions. You will also oversee infrastructure optimization, security enhancement, and operational reliability across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
🔧 Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ensuring efficient, automated, and secure deployments.
☁️ Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
🔗 Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
⚙️ Automate system provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes for development and production environments.
📊 Continuously monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis for failures, and proactively address potential risks.
🔐 Implement and enforce security best practices, including vulnerability assessments and compliance checks in CI/CD pipelines and cloud setups.
🤝 Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to streamline workflows, enhance DevOps processes, and ensure reliable releases.
🕵️‍♂️ Perform log analysis, system monitoring, and incident response using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.
✅ Manage version control and code integration following Git and GitHub best practices, ensuring proper branching, merging, and code reviews.
🚀 Actively participate in continuous improvement of deployment processes, automation strategies, and infrastructure optimizations.

Requirements:
✔️ Mandatory experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
✔️ Strong hands-on expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
✔️ Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
✔️ Advanced understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes).
✔️ Competence in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
✔️ Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.
✔️ Knowledge of security practices in DevOps including access controls, network security, and compliance frameworks.
✔️ Strong troubleshooting and incident management capabilities.
✔️ Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
