Description:
We are looking for a DevOps Lead/Architect who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the cloud infrastructure of Dastgyr. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate closely with the development team. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be able to understand requirements, and provide architectural solutions for Kubernetes-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing, setting up, and managing development, staging, and production environments
- Expert knowledge of Blue-Green & Canary deployments and implementing them effectively
- Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy, or any other CI/CD tool
- Writing pipelines in Shell and/or Python for automation
- Setting up and managing Artifactory repository for Docker, Maven, Gradle, NPM modules, etc.
- Configuring and integrating SSO, LDAP, or other CAS (Central Authentication Service) tools
- Setting up and managing high-availability (HA) infrastructure components such as HAProxy, Keepalived, Heartbeat, Nginx, Apache, ELB, etc., as webservers and load balancers/proxy servers
- Designing and managing MEAN/MERN stack containerized environments
- Automating infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and AWS
- CloudFormation Automating configuration management using Ansible and/or Chef
- Setting up and managing PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases
- Implementing database replication, backup, and failover strategies
- Monitoring applications running on development, UAT, QA, and production environments
- Setting up and managing application and infrastructure monitoring tools like Zabbix, Sensu, Nagios, Prometheus, Icinga, Grafana
- Understanding and implementing log aggregation using ELK/EFK stack
- Handling and troubleshooting incidents, providing quick resolution while maintaining SLA/SLO
- Creating playbooks and documenting deployment steps and processes
- Securing platforms hosting mission-critical applications and systems
