Requirements
Technical Experience
- Proficiency in any scripting language e.g. Bash/Python.
- Any SCM like Git.
- CI/CD pipelines design for dev, staging and production environments. Preferably in Github CI, ArgoCD, and Jenkins. Experience with AWS Developer tools is a nice to have.
- Setting up highly-available, fault tolerant and scalable applications in public cloud; preferably AWS.
- Automating and infrastructure provision using Infrastructure as code; preferably Terraform or Amazon CloudFormation.
- Container orchestration tool, preferably Amazon EKS.
- Familiarity with tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef for automating server configuration and management tasks.
- [Nice to have] Various monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, ELK, Grafana etc.
- [Nice to have] Knowledge of security protocols and practices to safeguard applications and infrastructure.
Certifications
Candidates With The Following Certifications Will Be Preferred
- AWS Associate (Solutions Architect, SysOps Admin.)
- Kubernetes: CKA or CKAD
- [Nice to have] AWS Professional (Solutions Architect, DevOps Professional)
- [Nice to have] Certified Terraform Associate
Education
Bachelor or Masters degree in CS or any related field
