Description:
ICOMMUNIX Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a Principal DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing the cloud infrastructure and systems required for the successful deployment and operation of our software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to establish efficient and scalable DevOps practices and processes.
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and systems, leveraging technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring of applications and services using tools like Jenkins, Ansible, or Terraform.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and efficient software delivery.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize and improve system reliability and availability.
- Implement and manage containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for scalable and portable deployments.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain strong security measures across the infrastructure and systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure, processes, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on infrastructure-related matters.
Additional Requirements:
- Deploy and configure Amazon Connect, utilizing your expertise to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Utilize a wide range of AWS services, including AWS Lambda, AWS S3, AWS CloudFront, and AWS API Gateway, to architect and develop scalable and secure cloud solutions.
- Design and develop Chat Bots using AWS Lex, leveraging natural language processing techniques to enhance customer interactions.
- Configure and automate IVR systems, integrating them with various platforms and systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in designing "natural language" based interfaces to improve user experience and streamline operations.
- Manage and monitor databases, ensuring efficient data storage, availability, and security.
- Deploy and manage the ICOMMUNIX product suite, ensuring smooth implementation and integration with client systems.
- Preferred experience with Contact Centre platforms such as Cisco, Avaya, and Genesys to facilitate integration and interoperability with existing systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of industry experience in DevOps roles.
- Strong expertise in cloud-based DevOps practices and technologies.
- Proficiency in Amazon Connect deployment and configuration.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS services, including AWS Lambda, AWS S3, AWS CloudFront, and AWS API Gateway.
- Experience in developing Chat Bots, specifically using AWS Lex.
- Proven experience in IVR configuration, automation, and integrations.
- Ability to design "natural language" based interfaces.
- Competence in database management and monitoring.
- Experience with the deployment and management of the ICOMMUNIX product suite is a plus.
- Familiarity with Contact Centre platforms, such as Cisco, Avaya, and Genesys, is preferred.
- Hold AWS Associate and Professional certifications, demonstrating advanced knowledge and expertise in AWS technologies.
