Dev Team Lead

If so, Zlick is looking for a talented Dev Team Lead to join our team and help us shape the future of our company and potentially become the CTO one day

At Zlick, we're developing a real, revenue-generating product that has delivered over 40 million EUR in profits to our clients. We partner with media companies and content creators worldwide to create subscription-based monetization avenues for them.

Technical skills we're looking for:

• Senior-level experience in full-stack software development (Ruby on Rails and/or Node.js with Typescript). Willingness to learn the other one.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable cloud solutions (AWS or GCP; AWS is a big plus).
• Good experience with E2E and Unit tests in your core tech (RoR or Node).
• Any JS based FE technology (VueJS/React is a plus)
• Experience with WordPress plugins will be a plus.
• Proven project management and team leadership experience.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• You are analytical and can solve problems – when we locate a problem, we need effective solutions that are tested, bullet-proof and that you can take responsibility for.
• You love coding even more than managing a team – most of your time will be spent on writing code yourself.
