Desktop Support Engineer

 

Description:

Position: Desktop Support Engineer

• Support in Resolving Network and Security Issues for Customers.

• Monitor system resource utilization, trending and capacity planning

• Have experience working with Fortinet, Sophos and Microtik Routers

• Remote and on-site computer issues resolving (PC and Mac, hardware and software)

• Hardware Troubleshooting Experience (must)

• ISP/Networking Concepts of LAN, WAN, VLAN, IPs, Routers & Switches.

• Perform technical tasks, such as password resets, permission management, account creations remote software installations and troubleshooting etc.

• Window Server 2012 or 2016 Installation and Configuration Active Directory and Knowledge of Hyper-Visor

• Cisco/HP/Alcatel Switch configuration experience

• Windows and Printers installation for client PC

• Problem Solving Skill, ability to work well in team.

• Documentation of the process and Reporting.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in an CE/CS related discipline

Microsoft Certification/training are a must

Fortinet Certifications would be highly desirable

Working on DELL/HP Servers

Min (1 to 5) years
