AlphaTach is expanding and looking for a passionate, results-driven Design Upseller to join our dynamic team in DHA Phase 7, Karachi. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong interest in design and a proven track record in sales or upselling digital products. As a Design Upseller, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging your design expertise to promote and upsell our products and services, consistently exceeding targets and contributing to the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage design knowledge and skills to upsell AlphaTach’s products and services effectively.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets of up to 15k USD.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify upselling opportunities and enhance the customer experience.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and product offerings to align sales strategies with client requirements.

Schedule:

• Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Key Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in sales or digital product upselling, with a focus on design-related services.
• Strong understanding of design concepts, tools, and trends.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently exceed targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a passion for sales and customer success.
