Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design concepts and ideas to the team members.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality content.
- Create static and dynamic visual assets, such as illustrations, icons, logos, & infographics.
- Offer creative input and feedback throughout design rounds and process.
- Manage and deliver graphic projects within established timelines and budget
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on creative projects.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in media studies, visual arts, or a related field.
- Must be proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, illustrator, Premier Pro, After effects & audition).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
- Excellent creative and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Solid understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
- Strong time management skills, multitasking & the ability to meet project deadlines.
- Must be proficient in 2D animation & motion graphics.
