EmeraldX is seeking a Design Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a night shift role, perfect for individuals with experience in sales, particularly within the design and graphic services sector. The role primarily involves interacting with international clients through platforms like Twitter, Twitch, and Discord to sell website designs and related services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities via social media platforms such as Twitter, Twitch, and Discord.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services.
- Regularly create reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Negotiate and close deals while handling complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and communicate it to internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an International Sales Executive or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Solid understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated, results-driven approach.
- Strong presentation skills.
- High school degree required; Intermediate and Bachelor’s preferred.
