Design Manager Mechanical Mep

• well versed with local and international codes / standards for design of MEP works related to building works to maintain safety and performance standards. Must have good command on latest softwares used for design of MEP works related to mechanical works in buildings. Competent to coordinate with Client and authorities for seeking approval of design. Should have ability to retrieve data from the stake holders
• compile data to be used in design in a timely manner. Should have excellent organizational skills
• excellent communication skills
• strong leadership skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office package.

Description:

• Middle East and or high Rise building Design Experience will be plus.
• Responsible for the complete design management deliverables on the project, a high-end super luxury Mix Use Development in Lahore.
• Design / review the design by lead consultants for the mechanical systems of a building, including but not limited to Vertical transportation System, Pumps, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems exhaust, chilled water, Building Management System and direct digital control systems.
• Create / review the technical specifications for the above design systems.
• Organizing and participating in design reviews and facilitating the value engineering of design consultant’s solutions.
• Ensuring a cohesive design management process is adhered to throughout all stages of the project.
• Monitoring the compliance with the project brief.
• Monitoring the progress against the project scope.
• Scheduling of design reviews at all gateways and control points.
• Organizing and managing technical review team resources and input
