Description:
- Design a wide range of digital assets, including social media posts, banners, info-graphics, print graphics, website graphics, and more.
- Develop visually engaging layouts for marketing campaigns, that align with the company’s branding and communication strategies.
- Design and produce animations and motion graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, video content, and advertising campaigns.
- Work on character animations, logo animations, explainer videos, and other motion-based content to enhance storytelling.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s visual brand identity, ensuring all design and animation work is consistent with the brand guidelines.
- Develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with the brand’s voice and messaging.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate project goals and creative briefs into effective visual designs and animations.
- Design visual content for presentations, marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and websites.
SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4-5+ years of experience in graphic design and animation, working on both static and dynamic content.
- Proven experience in a digital agency or in-house design team is a plus.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color theory) and animation techniques.
- Experience with motion graphics and 2D/3D animation preferred.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
- Ability to come up with original ideas and concepts, with a strong creative vision for producing eye-catching designs and animations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute ideas.
