Description:
The position entails close collaboration with the sales team to deliver winning sales support and provide techno-commercial value to the prospects. Responsibilities include designing solutions, drafting winning proposals, managing bids, and delivering client presentations. The ideal candidate will liaise across technical domains, product development, sales, marketing, and customer relations, demonstrating strong commercial acumen. Additionally, the role involves comprehending customer needs and positioning the company's products as viable solutions.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Team Management and Leadership
- Manage routine tasks/day-to-day operations and workload delegation for the entire team.
- Organize the team to better serve the company’s goal of customer centricity.
Pre-sales Engagement
- Lead tasks involved in presales process from client meetings, requirement analysis, technical and commercial clarifications, scope definition, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, solution design, costing and solution pricing, formulation of technical and commercial proposals, presenting the business case to management for approvals till final submission to corporate sales.
- Conduct periodic knowledge sharing/training for sales team on Cybernet's product portfolio.
- Meeting customers to assist the Sales team in technical discussions and compliant solution presentation to corporate clients & C-level executives.
- Assisting Project Management Office and back-office teams in project delivery.
Bid Pre-qualification and Bid Management, Solution Design and Presentation and Contract reviews
- Design and provide consultative support in RFPs drafting.
- Lead the prequalification, vendor registration, pre-bid, RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes with due diligence.
- Present the bid response to the management for review and price approvals.
- Timely preparation and submission of compliant winning bids and customized proposals (technical and commercial) on behalf of the company.
- Review contract with legal team and relevant stakeholders and negotiate the terms with customers.
Business/Product Development
- Conduct market research & analysis.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder.
- Vendor/Partner management
- Assist in new product testing and development.
- Assist in product pricing, marketing, and Proof of Concept (POC)
Skills and Requirements:
- B.E. (Telecom/Computers Systems) /BCIT. MBA will be given preference.
- 5-6 Years experience in similar capacity
- Individuals holding any relevant industry certification shall be an advantage.
