Graduation, or equivalent from reputed HEC recognized institute.
Experience:
05 to 07 Years experience required in apparel/textile industry
Job Responsibilities:
• To manage day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and training.
• Responsible for accurately monitoring, employee attendance, processing payroll. Prepare all types reports and analytics to track HR related functions.
• Oversee all Compensation and Benefits, ensuring PESSSI and EOBI for employee welfare.
• Stay updated with labor laws and ensures HR practices comply with relevant regulations.
• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, conducting investigations and providing fair resolutions in line with policies and regulations.
• Must have good interpersonal Skills
• Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.
