University of Management and Technology - UMT is seeking a dynamic Deputy Manager Talent Acquisition to support and optimize the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with the University's strategic objectives and service excellence standards.

 

🔸️Major responsibilities:

 

1. Handling end-to-end recruitment process from approvals, sourcing, interviewing and extending offers.

2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for both cadre and non-cadre positions, aligning with UMT’s goals and workforce planning needs.

3. Utilize various channels including online job portals and social media platforms to source and acquire qualified candidates across different levels and departments.

4. Prepare and manage employment contract

5. Conduct thorough screening of applications, resumes, and portfolios to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization, ensuring only the most suitable candidates proceed to the next stages of the recruitment process.

6. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and departmental heads, facilitating smooth and efficient interview processes.

7. Identify areas for improvement, and generate insightful reports and recommendations for optimizing the talent acquisition process and to support UMT’s overall growth.

8. Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics

9. Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies

10. Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.

11. Create offer letters; maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.

 

🔸️Qualification and Experience:

1. Bachelor/Master’s degree in management, business administration.

 

2. Proven 7-9 years of experience.
