Description:
1.Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle.
- To lead and implement the HR policies, procedures and align HR activities at the designated business unit.
- Design and implement recruiting strategy.
- To build organizational capability aligned with business strategy.
- Lead the development and execution of employee engagement programs.
- To support the operations and sales team in identifying and developing high-potential talent.
- To identify critical roles through a robust succession planning process to create a diverse, high-quality talent pool that will grow the business
- Facilitate monthly meetings to develop strategies that would positively influence workplace relationships.
- To lead employee relations with liaison with IR department to ensure compliance with all labor law and legal requirements.
- Formulate Job Descriptions to ensure clarity of the roles across organization.
- Review employee policy by maintaining employee handbook.
- Optimize training and development to maximum performance, retention and job growth.
- Provide support in scheduling certifications, training’s and conferences include securing necessary travel accommodations.
- Present performance management strategies in line with the industry/ market best practices
15.Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports and induction.
Education: Masters Degree in Human Resource
Requirements: 4-5 years of experience, preferably from FMCG Sector.
