Deputy Manager Costing

Description:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our finance team. Desired candidate must have Costing Experience of minimum 2 years in manufacturing/food industry.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of finance professionals in accurately and efficiently processing daily financial transactions, maintaining accounts payable and receivable

Gather and document data and review reports for regulatory compliance.

Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports for management, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and variance analysis, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Standardize the reporting process while also working to improve and streamline it.

Prepare and review all required monthly, quarterly and yearly statements and documents.

Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory compliance across all financial activities.

Oversee the accounting department, making sure that they are aware of and following all up-to-date policies and procedures.

Work with the accounting department to resolve any reporting errors or discrepancies.

Communicate all financial laws and regulations, updating management as needed, so that they can avoid occurrences of non-compliance.

Develop a comprehensive costing mechanism & review the existing one.

Implement absorption costing in ERP

Develop CVP model

Variance reporting & wastage control

Support the Manager Finance in providing data for the departmental KPIs.

Any other Ad-hoc responsibilities as and when assigned.

Qualification:

ICMA/ACCA - Qualified/Part Qualified

Excellent knowledge of costing
