Description:

Liberty Mills Limited is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager – System Development to lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle-based operational systems within its Textile Processing and Cut-to-Pack departments.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining processes, ensuring efficient system integration, and driving digital transformation to enhance operational excellence. This is a key position offering an opportunity to work closely with production, planning, and supply chain teams to develop state-of-the-art systems that align with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of Oracle-based systems tailored to textile processing and cut-to-pack operations.
🔹 Collaborate with production, planning, and supply chain teams to map workflows and design optimized digital solutions.
🔹 Ensure seamless integration between production, inventory, and supply chain systems, enhancing data visibility across departments.
🔹 Analyze existing processes and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, proposing system enhancements for improved productivity and cost efficiency.
🔹 Establish clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure they are embedded into the system workflows.
🔹 Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure smooth user adoption across relevant teams.
🔹 Stay updated with latest Oracle ERP developments, ensuring systems remain current and compliant with industry standards.
🔹 Support post-implementation reviews, monitor system performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Management, or a relevant field.
✅ At least 8 years of professional experience in system development and implementation within the textile industry.
✅ Proven hands-on expertise in implementing and customizing Oracle ERP solutions for textile processing.
✅ Strong working knowledge of woven and knit processing, including:

• Bleaching
• Printing
• Dyeing
• Cut-to-Pack Operations
  ✅ Excellent process mapping, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
  ✅ Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
  ✅ Ability to train teams and promote user adoption of new systems.
