🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Proposal Development & Strategy:

• Evaluate potential opportunities and risks in proposal submissions
• Develop winning proposals tailored to client needs
• Ensure all proposals meet RFP guidelines and deadlines

✅ Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities
• Analyze competitor strategies to enhance proposal effectiveness

✅ Coordination & Compliance:

• Work closely with internal teams (engineering, sales, finance) to prepare proposals
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices

🔹 Minimum Requirements:

✔ Education: Engineering or MBA
✔ Experience: 9+ years (Preferably in engineering consultancy or services industry)
