Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible to support Head of Education and Training and lead the overall function of Digital Assurance and Accounting of ICAP.
• Leading efforts to develop successful technology learning programs and provide value-added services.
• Contributing to the development of certifications and other educational training programs.
• Supervise the research initiatives of ICAP.
• Benchmarking of ICAP qualifications with that of international bodies.
• Establish a structured approach for the entire lifecycle of digital board initiatives, including defining clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure effective project management and execution.
Education, Experience & Skills:
• The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with at least 05 years OR has a Masters in Finance & Accounts / Computer Science.
• Ideal candidate must have experience of working on digital projects and digital training programs with a reputable organization(s).
• Preference will be given to technology-oriented candidates.
• Candidate must possess good communication, interpersonal and management skills to lead this function of ICAP. Shortlisted candidates will be required to go through the Institute’s selection process.
