Description:
Qarshi University is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual for the position of Deputy Controller of Examinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Controller Examinations in the planning, coordination, and execution of all examination-related activities.
- Oversee the development and implementation of examination policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure the timely and accurate administration of examinations, including scheduling, invigilation, and result processing.
- Supervise examination staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with academic departments to address examination-related issues and concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all examination processes.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in examination administration or a related role, preferably in a university setting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with examination management systems and software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.
- Well-versed with HEC requirements.
