HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is hiring for a Deputy CEO for one of its clients in the Education Sector in Lahore. The role involves leading and overseeing the operations of various educational projects, ensuring smooth execution of academic, administrative, and financial activities. The candidate will collaborate with external and internal partners, government agencies, and regulatory authorities to manage relationships, address operational issues, and uphold high-quality standards. The role also requires strategic planning, business development, and financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the operations of the projects ensuring effective execution of academic, administrative, and financial activities.
• Collaborate with business partners, both external and internal, and with government agencies and regulatory authorities to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure smooth delivery of key support services, including academic activities, registration, enrollment, and examination management.
• Oversee the planning and execution of examination services.
• Strategic planning and business development, including identifying new business opportunities.
• Work with the finance team to ensure the timely collection of fees and financial reporting/analysis.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams responsible for academic services, registration, and examination management.
• Ensure all educational and operational processes comply with quality standards set by the organization and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of leadership experience in the education or corporate sector, preferably in managing college operations or academic institutions.
