✅ Delivery Operations Management:

• Oversee daily delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch.
• Lead customer service staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor delivery schedules and routes to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure timely order preparation.

✅ Team Leadership & Management:

• Recruit, train, and manage delivery drivers and riders.
• Conduct performance reviews and address team concerns.
• Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are followed.

✅ Customer Satisfaction & Service Quality:

• Address customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor customer feedback to identify improvement areas.
• Ensure consistent quality and accuracy of delivered items.

✅ Technology & Logistics Optimization:

• Manage delivery tracking software and optimize its usage.
• Analyze delivery metrics to improve speed and reliability.

✅ Budget & Cost Control:

• Monitor and control delivery-related expenses.
• Optimize delivery operations to minimize costs without compromising quality.
