What You'll Do:
🔹 Drive Service Delivery Excellence:
- Oversee every facet of service delivery processes and ensure they’re executed flawlessly.
- Achieve and exceed customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service.
- Uphold and surpass service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs).
🔹 Build Strong Client Relationships:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients.
- Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and repeat sales to foster long-term partnerships.
🔹 Lead and Collaborate:
- Lead and inspire your service delivery teams to achieve excellence.
- Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery aligns with business goals.
- Initiate and drive continuous improvement efforts to elevate service quality.
🔹 Leverage Technical Expertise:
- Utilize your knowledge of MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and AWS Cloud.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure that service delivery meets both client and business requirements.
🔹 Monitor Financial Performance:
- Oversee service delivery budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive profitability and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Service Delivery Management, with a preference for backgrounds in Point of Sales, ECommerce, Media Advertisement, or similar sectors.
- Deep understanding of global Service Delivery Management best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage and collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
