Join our team and contribute to cutting-edge autonomous vehicle technology! We are seeking a Decision & Planning and Control Algorithm Engineer to develop and implement advanced decision-making, planning, and motion control algorithms for autonomous driving solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Design, develop, debug, and verify decision-making, planning, and motion control algorithms for autonomous driving.
📌 Support R&D and mass production projects, ensuring algorithms enhance user experience.
📌 Integrate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) algorithms into autonomous vehicle platforms.

Key Requirements:

✔ Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Automation, Navigation, or related fields.
✔ Proficiency in C/C++ programming, data structures, and algorithms OR expertise in MATLAB & Simulink.
✔ Experience with robot system software tools (Linux, Git, ROS, CMake).
✔ Familiarity with development methodologies (OOP, CI/CD, Unit Testing).
✔ Expertise in at least one of the following fields:

• Decision: Path planning (A*, D*, Hybrid A*), Probabilistic graphical models, Filtering algorithms (LPF, KF, EKF, Particle Filter).
• Planning: Planning algorithms (MPC, LQR, Quintic Polynomial, Sliding Mode Control).
• Control: Motion control algorithms (PID).
  ✔ Knowledge of vehicle dynamics & driving functions (ACC, AEB, LCC, TJA) is a plus.
